I'm currently on the cambridge diet, and have lost almost 5 1/2 stone. This next week will be my last on cambridge, but I'm looking at losing a final stone a more "conventional" way
I've done slimming world before, unfortunately I didn't have a good loss the first week and promptly gave up. I've been studying all the different slimming clubs, and SW definitely seems the easiest to follow, when I did it last it was red and green days, but it seems to have changed now?
I'm gonna have a good read of the posts on here, and hopefully will join next Tuesday.
