Hi Everyone,

Just a little question, i am meant to be going to the pub for a friends birthday on Friday, is there anything i can drink opposed to water? Can i drink Slim tonic for example?

dont quote me but i beleive you can have any "zero" product coz the use malic acid instead of citric

Take some water flavour with you and pop a bit in and stir it up with a straw. You could go for sparking water.

Word of warnign check the ingrediants of the Zero diet drinks as i know of at least two of them that contain citric acid.

Hmmm I'm a little confused. If citric acid is a no no .... how come we are allowed lemon juice to season food on 790 according to the yellow bible!!! LOL!!
