Tuesday 13th January

B - banana
L- remains of tofu/egg stir fry
D- spinach, couscous, bean chilli. Oranges

Snacks- freddo (6) fudge bar (6) elderflower drink (6) hot choc (2)

I keep asking for sugar free when we have drinks at work but they are all about the wine. Think I'll start bringing my own diet coke.

I'm tired and heavy with period, and was in work alllllll day. No exercise. I can feel it. Will do better. No pics because I forgot.
 
Wednesday 14th January

B- banana, skinny rice cakes x 3 (12)

OMG I do love these but 4 syns each! Must give one away in future...)

Brownie (10) for my friend's birthday

D- spag bol, spaghetti, spinach, celery, red pepper, Parmesan (6) glass of wine (6)

Grrrrr! I'm really pushing my syns and not exercising, but I am feeling so tired and heavy. The weather is crap and sleep hacking is not working.

Feel very moody but have managed to avoid a crazy binge. I headed home and avoided shopping because DANGER. I listened to the last eps of serial as I made a yummy free spag Bol (grater carrot and oxo cubes are the way forward!)

Then I found a bottle of wine in the fridge. Photo is bottle in front of the fire.

Thursday 15th jan

B- banana, egg scrambled in microwave
L- baked beans, pear
D- 2 poppadoms (8) boiled rice, chicken dopiatza ( this is a tomato and onion based curry, not creamy. It was pretty oily, so call it (10), even though I only ate half.)

I am now going to have a glass of wine (6).

Exercise- run in woods--a lot of walking!!
20 mins yoga

My syns are still too high! Heading for a gain this week. Ho hum. I don't get to go out very often for meals and this one was fun. Have to live, don't we? :)

L- soup, 3x ryvita, carrot, celery
Snack- egg, plum
D- mackerel, couscous (1) roasted veg (celery, pepper, cabbage, cauliflower) orange
Hot choc (2)

Exercise- 30 day shred level 1, 5 minute waist workout, couch to 5k level 2/day 1, 20 mins yoga

Food and exercise top notch today. Feel great! Couch to 5k has shown me how I need to work on my stamina. 5 lots of 90 second runs with 2 minutes walking between was really hard, much harder than I thought it would be. All my trotting around the woods is fab but not pushing me.

I'm out for pub food tomorrow but will try to make good choices. :)

Saturday 17th January

Brunch- Linda m sausages (4), beans, eggs, tomatoes Dinner- a not very nice deep fried cheap veggie burger in a pub, with chips and salad. Call It 30. Glass of red (6)

Binge admission. 2 packs monster munch. Two twirls. A double decker. I feel sick. I know what I am reacting to. Should have made popcorn. Next time I will make a big bowl. :( :(

So I am flexi synning the whole evening. Keep it under 15 each day till Monday.

Exercise: 30 day shred, yoga 30, walk on dartmoor 2 hours. My poor boots! More sad face.

That brunch looks so nice. Are the Linda Mc sausages any good? I use Asda low fat pork at 1.5 each but variety is always good.

Brunch- eggs, tomatoes
Snack - tin of mackerel, 4x ryvita (1), salad cream (1.5)
D- quorn burgers, mash, roasted veg (OMG SO YUMMY) gravy (6)
Banana, satsumas, plums

Went for tea and cake with a friend. It was lovely! Had a yummy bit of raspberry and coconut cake. Call it (10)

Hot choc (2)

So over but not by much.

Exercise: c25k 2/2, shred 1/3, yoga 20 mins. Really felt stronger today and was sweating properly. I am quite sore so will rest tomorrow (except for yoga if I have time).

Have decided to keep exercise to the evening. I enjoy it and squeezing into the morning isn't good as I need that time for writing. It also replaces just siting watching crap and grazing, so it's totally win/win.

Weigh in tomorrow. Hope to sts. Fingers crossed!

Monday 18th January

B- banana
L- mugshot, carrot, celery, apple
D- roasted veg, spaghetti, bolegnaise, Parmesan (3)

Then I made shortbread-- double portion-- and ate it all! Weigh night treat and was very nice. Capped at 30 for the day.

No exercise. I planned a rest day. Had a busy day at work and a lazy evening.

Weighed in and have lost 2lb, so now 25lb from target at 15 stone. Another pound gets me to the 14s, yay!

Dinner - jacket pot, butter (2) pilchards, onion, mayo (2), spinach, tomatoes,

Snacks - apple, plum, oranges
Porridge with blackberries and apple (1)

Exercise- 30 minutes aerobics class at work.


So I feel like I've eaten badly today but I haven't really. I used light icbinb instead of butter, and measured out my lighter than light mayo. My thorntons bar was a slip when I was out and for hungry but I wanted to get past it-- not write off the whole day, even though I wanted pasties, subways, burger kings, etc...

It's so cold. I must be burning lots of fat keeping warm anyway! :)

Weigh in is Monday. This week's is going to be a killer because of lots of events coming up but heigh ho. You gotta live! :)
