This wk I am trying to eat as much speed fruit an veg as I really need to lose a few pounds!

I have just blended up
With a frozen vanilla muller light

An the only thing I can say is yummy, yummy,yummy!!!!!

I throughly recommend this and it's great to get the additional intake if speed foods!

Pureed pineapple & passionfruit = 0.5 syns per 28g
Puree blackberries & melon = 0.5 syns per 57g

Be careful about quantities cos 28g of fresh fruit is not a lot.

I had some stewed gooseberries today with some ff natural yogurt and the quantities was similar to having a muller fruit corner yogurt. I weighed the gooseberries after cooking them and there was 99g - not bad cos you can have 113g for 1 syn but when the fruits are blended up into a smoothie then you're probably having a lot more than 113g.
