Thanks everyone :) I just need to make sure I don't blip back up again now. I think I have a mental block about keeping in this stone bracket, heh.

Planned food today

Breakfast - Porridge (hexb), cherries and 100ml of skimmed milk (1.5 syns)

Post swim snack - apple, 3 x ryvita dark rye (4.5) + 1tsp clover + 1/2 tbsp jam (2)

Lunch - Notdogs, eggs and tomatoes

Dinner - Steak, crinkle cut chips, red onion rings and salad

Drinks so far
1 mug black tea
2 pint NAS

Syns used 8

Exercise
School run 1 and sprog drop off 2.7km
Bike ride to pool and back 4km
Swim - 32 lengths / 0.8km

We think there must have been something magic about the cocktails, all of us out that night have had some really good losses :)

Snack 2 x scan bran, 2 x LCL and a bit of chopped onion (5)

Dinner - Faggots, swede and sweet potato mash, green beans and red onion gravy.

3 pint NAS

Lunch - All Of The Veg soup and a packet of crisps (7)

Dinner - Sweet chilli chicken (1.5), sweet potato fries and salad.

Drinks

1 mug black tea
2 mug milky tea (1/2 hexa)
4 pints NAS

Exercise

Sprog drop off 1 - 2.7km
Sprog pick up 2 - 2.6km
Bike ride to pool and back - 4km
Swim - 40 lengths / 1km

Just discovered your diary today...OMG your recipes look amazing, feel so inspired after a few crappy weeks where my weight has stayed the same... just posted my diary so will hopefully find out where i been going wrong

I'll go have a look at your diary when I get back from the school run kitty75, it's normal to have a couple of weeks where your weight stays the same though. Sometimes it takes a while for your body to adjust :)

My waist is still a size 18 due to the lovely mother's apron I have left after two c-sections. I am doubtful as to how much slimmer my waist will get even as I get closer to target. That's what corsets are for though ;) hehe
