Hi all

A few weeks back, I was doing ok but then I stopped sticking to the plan and a few sneaky pounds crept back on. I have just been on holiday which has really messed things up so now I need get back on track. I need to redo my weight figures on here but in summary, I weighed in this morning and was 13st 6lb :cry:

So the plan is as follows....

- no alcohol at all until the weekend before my birthday (9th Aug), this should give me a good start as it is about 1 month
- stick to slimming world plan (using old books and internet) all green days for me as I am veggie
- go to the gym/classes at least 3 times per week for 1 hour each time
- avoid crisps, chocolate, biscuits, cake, pastry and cream
- cook more meals from scratch and avoid processed food

Start weight 14st 2lb (28/04/10)
Re-start weight 13st 6lb (9/7/11)
Current weight 13st 6lb (9/7/11)

Total loss 10lb
Mini Goal 12st 10lb (by 20/8/11)

Husband has decided we should weigh in every 5 days so each week the day changes and we won't get caught out thinking we can have a binge and then have a full week to cancel it out!

So, weigh in no 1 and I have lost 1 pound! Sounds a bit measly but it is only 5 days!

Yay, congrats on the pound! :) You've given me inspiration of how to use up my cheese triangles which have been in my fridge for ages! That's breakfast for tomorrow sorted :p

And wow, an hour at the gym! Blimey that's dedication.
