Put on 1lb :(

I shouldn't worry too much Pinkmantha, I put on a pound yesterday but lost 2lbs today. Sometimes it goes a bit like that. Just focus on your overall loss and try not to let daily fluctuations get you down too much (easier said than done I know ;))
 
keep off the scales through the week getting weighed daily is recipe for disaster as your weight will go up and down daily, and many times just water xx
 
Does it really though when you think you've gained weight?

I'm a daily weigher too (3 times daily usually although I only really take stock of the morning one) and although the gains are irritating I do find that there are more losses than gains overall so it does keep me motivated. I'm not a really fast loser either so I can assess how well I'm doing in a particular week rather than being gutted at being 100% all week and only losing a pound if I only weighed in once a week. Kind of manages my expectations :). I guess different things work for different people.
