Putting off going for a walk...

Hey all
Just back from my "walk". OMG .. it was so hard! It was basically hiking up through a forest - not the nice gentle trails winding their way up that I expected. It took me an over an hour to get up and I nearly talked myself into giving up a couple of times (cos it was too much like hard work???) but so glad I didn't now. When I got to the top the views were absolutely amazing... I couldn't see Wales which apparently you can do on a clear day but I could see all the way along the coast north and south for miles!
Coming down was a bit scary.. had to "bum it" in a couple of places and then lost the trail so had to double back on myself a couple of times (climbing!) again... was beginning to think i'd have to call for rescue lol. But finally made it down... every muscle aches now and my legs are like jelly but what a sense of accomplishment
