Q about TOTM!

Well ive got the dreaded TOTM and ive heard alot about people not losing much weight while on it and some people have even gained what result do you think I should I expect at my next weigh in? What results have you ladies had with it? If you dont mind me asking xx

Well I had my TOTM last week and lost 2 and quarter pounds.

Oh thats not too bad then, see I dont mind losing just 1lbs or 2lbs, I just dont want to gain any lol! x

I never gained on TOTM ... my losses seemed to average a stone a month ..always lol think this is true for 99% of folk though

I wouldnt worry about it....all will even out the week after! and you'll have a huge loss if TOTM weight loss is crappy lol

I never gained but anyway it's not a real gain...just retaining water! I lost 3lbs my TOTM week. It still comes out as a stone a month so I'm happy out
