Q for CDC's?

Hi

I just wondered how you deal with your customers.. the ones that don't follow the diet to the letter, but still come back week after week, maybe with a gain or staying the same.. they might admit to you they have cheated, couldn't resist etc.. What do you do? How do you deal with them?
