Q for the long timers

I'm excersising. Not so much to speed up weight loss while on tfr but to help build healthy life long habits so that I don't find myself back this heavy again afterwards.

I find that exercise helps me in two ways. Firstly I'm getting my fitness levels up which helps your metabolism to burn more calories. Secondly, it makes me feel good and want to stay on plan. Psychologically I think it's very important.

I do an hours brisk walk a day, just so i'm slightly breathing hard and a little bit of a sweat on. Feels great!

I go to zumba twice a week, it's fun, gets my metabolism going and I feel fitter. Find something you enjoy and then it doesn't feel like a chore!

I usually go to the gym 4 times a week and do various classes but they told me not to go this week as energy levels will be low
