Ive never used this at all but been reading on here about it, am I right in thinking you can use it for both sweet and savouy?

If I used it as sweet would it be more cheesecakey than the nat yog I normally use?

Could i use it as a topping for pasta tyle meals??

I have a tub in the fridge as we speak! I use it where I would normally use cream cheese.
I used it for the first time ever today, to make potato salad. It basically tastes like natural yoghurt, to me. But really thick!


Trying again!!!
I have used it when making spaghetti carbonara and a vegetable bake, havent used it as yet for any sweet dishes.xx
