It's a fat free soft cheese and comes in tubs like cottage cheese. You can usually find it in larger supermarkets - Asda, Tesco and Sainsbury all stock it and it'll be beside the speciality cheeses. Depending on what you do with it you can use it in sweet and savoury dishes. Add sweetener or an options white chocolate sachet to it and you can have it as a cream replacement with meringue and fresh fruit. Or add it curries or pasta dishes - but remember to remove them from the heat and allow them to cool a bit otherwise it can split.
