hi all so my first day back on plan and well i havent exactly stayed on plan!

breakfast - apple

lunch- low fat supernoodles,followed by a banana

snack- walkers baked stars 5 syns, milky buttons 5.5 syns

dinner - (will be) extra lean mince + onions(cooked in oxo),potatoes and carrots. followed with a yoghurt 1 syn, and some fruit.

total syns- 11.5

i know i shouldnt really be snacking on crisps etc but im so used to having these everyday at the minute that i know cutting them out would result in me just binging on them so i thought it best to use some syns daily for them then gradually cut them out altogether. i also know i should be having more superfree will be going shopping tomorrow!! any advice would be great.

Yesterday was a very bad day with 35syns consumed :(:( back on track this morning tho,

Breakfast- beans on toast with mushrooms and ham.

Lunch- (will be) a chicken salad.

Dinner- (will be) potatoes, ham and mushy peas. Followed by banana. Apple and yoghurt.

Snacks-fruit

Should hopefully regain myself after yesterday!
