Question About Bars

Hi, I've not posted on here for a while I've done Lipotrim before with success and now back on Exante.

Yesterday I had 2 bars and 1 soup. I know this is supposed to be a no-no but I don't think it's affected my ketotis, I don't feel hungry today. :D

My question is, if this is just once in a while will it really make that much difference? Just wondering if anyone has any thoughts on it? Does anyone else ever have more than one bar a day?

oh gosh 2 bars? i'm yet to manage to finish one in a day! i find them very bloating. maybe thats just unlucky me!

I agree with Colly Strings...bloating and actually I cant stand the taste of them lol- but a good thing is they take me about 4 hours to eat rather than a minute or two to drink...I stick wih the same as starlight to try and get as much variety as possible...however if you are not hungry and it isn't everyday then I would say whatever works for you :)

Hey - apparently the bars contain a higher level of carbs, so there is a chance that having two in one day will be enough to knock you out of ketosis, but once in a blue moon I'm sure it won't have a major impact :)

Must admit, I've been tempted to have two bars in a day. I've managed to resist by thinking of the day I'd then have to have two soups to make up for it! :eek:
