I need to ask you a question!
I am in the 2nd week of management when we can have yoghurts, I was looking forward to it. I had my Tesco groceries delivered the other night and I had my first yoghurt last night - Danone Activia Forest Fruits 0% fat 4 X 125g. It was very nice but it was rather sweet! I looked at the label and was dismayed to read that there is sugar as well as sweeteners!!! I bought it because it says "fat free"!!!
Here is what the label says...
Each 125 g serving contains.
Calories 67 3%,
Sugars 10.1g 11%,
Fat 0.2g <1%,
Saturates trace <1%,
Salt 0.2g 3%.
I looked in the management book, it says that 10g sugars or more per 100 g is a lot and 2g sugar per 100g is a little.
What do you think? What did you choose??
I also ordered Total Greek 0% Fat Yoghurt but they were unavailable at the time of delivery.
