Question about milk and drinks in general?

pour out a pint of milk and pp it from dailies then use over day in your drinks. any left at the end of day just drink it off.
you could always cut down to half a pint if pint is too much.

i use sugar free squash in fizzy water as i find the fizzy a bit more filling but have still water too.

not sure on fizzy diet drinks as i tend not to have them.
