Question about milk and drinks in general?

    Im a big coffee/tea drinker and have a splash of skimmed milk in my drink. How do I point this?

    Also, what sort of other things can I have to drink? I've been sticking to water so far as I'm not sure!!! Don't want to spend all my points on drinks... Can I have sugar free squash and diet pop??

    Simply Filling
    pour out a pint of milk and pp it from dailies then use over day in your drinks. any left at the end of day just drink it off.
    you could always cut down to half a pint if pint is too much.

    i use sugar free squash in fizzy water as i find the fizzy a bit more filling but have still water too.

    not sure on fizzy diet drinks as i tend not to have them.

    That's great thanks :) I'm not a massive fizzy pop drinker but I do like a can of coke zero every so often!
