question about milk

    Hi, apologies if this is a silly question. But, can anyone tell me why skimmed milk is a healthy extra and not free? Just wondering why it's not if lots of other v low fat dairy products are? :wave_cry:

    good question but i dont know the answer.maybe to do with all the bits they put in it to keep it fresh..maybe, dunno.

    I think it's because it's a drink therefore won't fill you up for long like a yogurt would.

    Yeah I'd been thinking along those lines. Kind of like the stewed fruit idea.....thanks guys x

    That's what I was thinking too. Also because its a drink its easy to chug down a pint of it than eat a pint of yogurt.

    If milk were free I would drink gallons of it! I have more than I should as my HEA anyway. Only going to cut it back to what I should when my weightloss slows down.
