Want to check.. just checked the website and it says Co-op Pasta and Sauce cheese and ham flavour made as directed is 2.5 syns.. now Ive just made mine with water .. no milk or butter so what would that make it??????
Emski, it is so confusing sometimes, is'nt it? the food directory says.... Co-op Cheese and ham pasta and sauce, made up as directed, dried 100g cooked 2.0 syns on green, not a lot of help hun, sorry :-(
