Question about Potato and Leek soup

Hi there, I used to make a lovely potato and leek soup from scratch but I havn't since I started SW. I am just wondering if, based on the ingredients, 1/3 of my meal will be superfree. Thanks!
The ingredients are typically:

3 leeks
2-3 potatos (dependnig on size)
one onion
garlic
chicken stock cube

The leeks, onion and garlic are all superfree! So yes, that makes it 1/3 superfree

Have you ever tried adding a carrot to the soup? I like to put it into my leek and potato soup, makes it a little yummier (and more superfree!)
