is there a lot of calories in the lipotrim shake, im only on day 3 of refeed but im wondering if its stupid to replace the lipotrim formula for breakfast with something like an egg white omlette or is it very important that you stick to the refeed sheet???
I believe there are 150 calories in shakes. Why not use myfitnesspal to work out how many calories are there in an egg.
If I were you I would stick to the refeed sheet by the letter, next week you can experiment with eggs or whatever you like, just my 2 cents :D

My advice is stick to the refeed sheet for the week. Then mix and match after that. The shakes are about 150 cals.
