    Hello

I am new here, I've been getting alot of motivation reading through your postings so thanks to you all

I have a quick question about the shakes, can they be made up on hot water? I mean if I have the cappacino flavour can I make it on hot water and pretend I am having a cup of coffee :)

    Thanks
    H

Don't use boiling water or they go a bit lumpy. Mix to a paste with cold water then add the hot water.

I always have a vanilla shake with coffee for breakfast, and sometimes have my afternoon mint chocolate one warm :)

They are quite versatile really! xx

A lot of the shakes are lovely hot but never use boiling water, boil the kettle then leave for 5 mins otherwise you will kill off the heat sensitive vitamins.

Thats great, thanks for the tips. Just wondering in relation to the soups is it okay to use boiling water for them or is it the same for those

    Thanks
