Question about the water flavourings...

What is it you're allowed a day... 1 litre using up to 1tsp or 1tsp in however much water you put that in? I use about 1/2 a teaspoon in 1.5 litres. So should I be only having 1 litre of flavoured water, or can I have 3 litres if I want because it's still only 1 teaspoon. Sorry I didn't explain that very well, hope it makes sense!!

its 5g (one teaspoon) of flavouring dry weight a day.

You can spread over as many or as little water as you like, as long as you getting only 1 teaspoon of flavour a day - and as long as you are drinking your 2.5 L a day.

Ok, thanks! I wasn't sure, my CDC said she thought I could only have 1L of flavoured water with up to 1tsp. But that didn't make much sense, as long as I don't have more than 1tsp I don't really see the issue. Thanks Lexie!
