Question for CDC -AAM- Mushrooms?

Hi,

Just started my AAM week. In my booklet Sole Source it lists mushrooms in AAM week but in the main booklet Weight Care with Cambridge it does not. Can anyone confirm if mushrooms are allowed please?

I checked this with head office as someone asked me that a few weeks ago and they said mushrooms were fine.
