Tomorrow is supposed to be my last day 100% after 3 months as I was hoping to be under the 25 BMI by then so was really excited this week as I only had 1kg to go.
Anyway I was feeling like I wasn't really getting places for the last few days & still haven't reached my target when I weighed myself this morning!
Now of course my time of the month has started (sorry TMI!) so I think that might be why...
So my questions are: do you think this is the reason I'm not loosing much weight this week? Does this happen to you? And if I start re-feed on Tuesday as I had planned do you think I'll lOose this extra "time of the month" weight?
