Tomorrow is supposed to be my last day 100% after 3 months as I was hoping to be under the 25 BMI by then so was really excited this week as I only had 1kg to go.

Anyway I was feeling like I wasn't really getting places for the last few days & still haven't reached my target when I weighed myself this morning!

Now of course my time of the month has started (sorry TMI!) so I think that might be why...

So my questions are: do you think this is the reason I'm not loosing much weight this week? Does this happen to you? And if I start re-feed on Tuesday as I had planned do you think I'll lOose this extra "time of the month" weight?

    Thanks girls x

Well done Tidy for doing so well and being so close to goal :) as far as I've read here TOTM affects people in different ways. Your body will be retaining more water which in turn makes you heavier. If you start re-feed on tuesday you could still lose that week if you stick to it so I'd say go for it and just be really stick on re-feed and you will defo get rid of that tinchy 1kg :) x

I'm sure you will loose it. We retain a bit more fluid during that week. You may suprise yourself and find you have lost weight this week. Good Luck you have done so well.

Thanks HockeyNut, I hope it's just extra fluid being retained & maybe by Tuesday I'll br loosing some of it! Good luck to you on your diet & thanks for taking the time to reply x

How amazing. 3 months and 1kg off target. So deserved. Am sure that 1kg is just water and you'll lose it, and maybe more, if you do the proper refeed. Good luck with getting back to normal food. I'm very jealous xxx

Thanks Josiejojojo. Would you believe I went to the pharmacy today, got weighed & had lost the part of the last KG so I was under 25 BMI. So refeeding starts tomorrow. The lady in the pharmacy said exactly the same as you about the fluid etc. Thanks so much for your lovely comment. You'll be doing the same very shortly I know & I'll be delighted for you too x
