hi guys, congrats to you all for refeeding and maintaining btw.

although i am way off refeeding, just wondering, when you started eating again, do you feel fuller sooner?

has the volume of your stomach shrunk so you are fuller sooner?

or is food such a novelty that you could eat all day given a choice?

    just curious.

I have been reading loads of nutrition books so when i do refeed i will know more about healthy eating!

    thanks

    Helen :D

I did refeed for 2 weeks and I can honestly say I did not feel hungry once! The amount of food you can eat is more than enough, and even now, I feel full all of the time. The main thing is that now you are trained into sticking to meal times, you should keep it up. Ditto with the water, as I find that most of the times I think Im hungry, its actually thirst!

Im no expert as Im only two weeks in, but as I went through refeed, it felt like my stomach was opening out again, and as long as I only put good food in, I wont even be tempted to eat the rubbish that got me in trouble in the first place! thats the plan, and im sticking to it!

Anyway, good luck with TFR, you can do it!
