Question re:superspeed soup

hi everyone....does superspeed soup generally just mean any homemade soup that is just veg or can you include lentils? i tend to make soup using the following but wondering if there are things i should be adding or removing to make it superspeed? i use
1-2tablespoon red lentils
Onion
carrot
swede
leek
stock cube

have tried adding tinned tomato before not sure i liked it but could try adding it again - any tips.hints, suggestions would be much appreciated - thank you

white onion
courgettes
leeks
garlic
mushrooms
carrots
chilly
oxo cube
i have chicken breast shredded aswell
absoloutly yummy
i dont blend mine, i have it chopped chunky, shouldnt need tin toms, all the flavours do the work, enjoy x

Not just vegetables - any food that is superspeed! That include a lot of pulses but no lentils which are only speed
