I wouldnt mess too much with the soup as you dont want to bring yourself out of ketosis - I have added pepper and a few dried herbs to improve the taste.......and was fine......are there any carbs in the cube????

no ides wat maggie stock is,buy curry powders fine,stay away from stock because of salt.iv been adding paprika,garam masala,chill powder,dill,black pepper,chilli flakes,not all together just mixin em up for different flavours everyday,hasnt effected my losses at all,get garrys soup reciepe off him its very nice(his user name is fattothin) enjoy yummmmmmmmmmm

its a spice you can buy it in a bag from supermarkets or indian deli shops. I put a pinch of chilli powder and black pepper in mine, try it mmmmm

Becareful though kids the one in the jars (Shwartz) can contain naughties.
I get mine from Morrisons and its in the foreign food section made by East End?
Also beware its very strong flavour so 1 pinch or 2 to start with to get use to it.
