this probably sounds really thick but i explained my story on my 'new' post so anyways im re-educating myself! lol if i do lots ov exercise and follow this plan properly to the bone! could it be poss to loose 2-3 lbs a week or will it change each week?
also you think its gona be bad just doing green days?
and does it matter if you have the syns or not?

I do only green days, because veggie and lose about 2lb a week on average see my list below..

I use syns but about 5-10 a day, for various reasons, so don't feel like missing out and pig out, and if i hit a plateau have something to cut out later.

have lost 2 stone since end of april and still had a few nights out using flexible syns...

I have lost 6 stone so far on mainly green, so you will be fine!

Exercise will help, and 2-3 lbs a week is completely achievable

Up your water intake too if you can - found that helps immensly

i do mainly green but if you feel like your weight is sticking try having more super speed foods. i loose about 1lb a week, but im only 1 stone from target. generally i aim for 10syns a day
