I know you can go straight back on after re-feed (but people say it's harder than the first week you did it)
I dunno about doing it after only a week, someone else may know.
If you really need to do that, hows about delaying the start until after whatever event it is?

It is important to refeed after just one week otherwise you just put all you lost back on.

Why do you ask? (sorry, being very nosy!!!)

i was being a starvo! i had no event or anything lol just trying to find a reason for some food.
