Hi
I’ve started 790 this week and have a few questions that I hope you guys can help with.:help2:
Can I have half amounts of two different meats to make one portion?
Can I eat it through out the day or as a one off meal?
Is there a more accurate measure than 3 tablespoons? I’m worried I’ll have too much or not enough!:eat:
Can I have flavoured quorn ie tandoori pieces? (There lovely)
Can I have quorn sausages?

It means not much so don't be too worried about it.
Can I have flavoured quorn ie tandoori pieces? (There lovely)
Best to avoid in case of ingredients which could affect ketosis
Can I have quorn sausages?
I checked this with head office some time ago and they said no, not even the plain ones as they contain extra ingredients that the quorn pieces don't.

Shame about the Tandoori pieces. Can i add spice like schwartz bombay mix?

I always recommend a very light sprinkling of cajun spice as it gives it a kick but won't damage ketosis.
