I’ve started 790 this week and have a few questions that I hope you guys can help with.:help2:
Can I have half amounts of two different meats to make one portion?
Can I eat it through out the day or as a one off meal?
Is there a more accurate measure than 3 tablespoons? I’m worried I’ll have too much or not enough!
Can I have flavoured quorn ie tandoori pieces? (There lovely)
Can I have quorn sausages?
