My advice is, on LT your tastebuds change anyway - use this opportunity to cut out all sugar and sweetener! Lisa

We are allowed tablet sweetener but NOT the pourable stuff- though I agree with the above poster, I am trying to cut back my sweetner intake myself
(though pre lipo I had a shocking 5 :| sweeteners, down to 1 or 2 in tea + coffee), I think this can be difficult to shake the sweet tooth when our shakes are heavily sweetened with aspartame :/

yes! black coffee and tea without milk (leaf teas only, no fruit, berry or flower teas)

other than regular tea some other teas you can have are peppermint, yellow tea, red tea, green tea, white tea, nettle, raspberry LEAF tea.. possibly quite a few more I have forgotten :)

you can also have your coffee in your vanilla (you can crush some ice, and will get milk shake) or coffee with chocolate shake (add 1/3 boiling water to it) ;) try that!

I sometimes put a little bit of chilli in with my chocolate shake and make it with hot water - very yummy.

I regularly add black pepper/thai spice to my chicken shakes too.
