    Slimming World
    Changed my day today just to shake things up plus I get weighed tomorrow!!! What about everyone else?


    What day are you doing today and why?
    Red - Need a change not done red for ages and used always just do red and green



    What meals do you have planned?

    Egg on Toast
    Poached Salmon with a large salad
    Fruit, Fruit, Fruit, Fruit
    Water, Water, Water, Water
    No more ideas yet


    Any exercise?
    Zumba or 30 day shred *scared* if it arrives lol lol

    Extra Easy for me

    Breakfast - blackcurrants and strawberries with a FF activia yoghurt and a crumbled scan bran (part of B)

    Lunch - tinned crab with a big salad and 2 scan bran with cottage cheese (part of B)

    Dinner - Chicken dhansak and boiled rice from the Indian (all my syns)

    Supper or snack - remaining 2 scan bran (B) with sliced banana on

    A choice is milk and fruit if I am peckish between meals.

    Exercise - nowt (lazy!)
