Just had some quorn curry for my tea and it was yummy :)

half the jar of co-operative healthy living rogan josh cook in sauce - 113c
75g of quorn chicken style pieces- 77c
tilda pilau rice -150

i just cooked the quorn in a non stick pan until it was cooked thru and slightly brown then added my sauce and heated, then just popped my rice in the microwave :)

it didnt look alot when i cooked it as im used to massive protions! but it was really filling and im really full!

love quorn its so low in cals and fat and really easy to cook :)

I'm doing something similar, not completely counting cals but I have a fair idea whats low and whats not. Similar start weight too. 5 ft 151 lb, lost 2.5 this week and hoping to get to about 136lb. Just had a asda stir fry veg mix with a bit of chicken, prob about 400 cals.
Would be nice to spur each other on.x

Defiantly :) how long have you been dieting? I've only just started calorie counting this week after putting a stone on over the summer!
