Quick breakfast? Quick lunch?


Crawling to the finish!
Im only aloud 19points per day, thats before even saving any, I like to keep around 9ish at least for tea time. Can anybody suggest any fast breakfast and lunch ideas, as I leave the house with my daughter for 7am and I work full time but only have 3 15 minute breaks as I took a new contact? I dont want to have to wait all day and bulk use points? Many thanks :)

Up for the challenge
Porridge is good for a quick, filling and warming breakfast :) that should keep you going till you first break at least. Plus you can use different toppings to keep it interesting. xxx
I leave the house by half 6 most mornings, sometimes earlier and I still haven't figured out the quick breakfast thing so I'll keep an eye on here too!!!
