I had a last min descion to try that half set hartleys suger free jelly whisked in with fat free yog to create a mousse type thing..

Now i think its been in the fridge about 3 hours? maybe slightly longer, maybe not i really cant remember.. anyways, its not liquid anymore, just really really.. well jelly? lol

at which point do i whisk? does it need to be almost set or?
