A friend of mine starting SS+ tommorrow.

She has purchased her stuff from her CDC including bars..

When I did SS I was under the impression bars were a no no until 2 weeks in to SS.

    Is it different with SS+?

Hi there, I got my bars second week but didn't have a great weight loss on Sunday so trying to avoid them, my tummy feels so empty and rumbling today, it actually is hurting through lack of food - even after 3 shakes today so prob will surcome to another bar tonight just to feel something solid.

Some CDC's give them out from day one, but the advice is not till week 3.

Mine offered me bars after 1 week. I refused them until 2 weeks as per the guidelines.
