Quick question. Help!

Can I just hijack quickly.

Do you find you get hungry on this diet? What are your energy levels like?

You feel hunger more than you do on LL, but it's not bad... the breakfasts fill you up (you will probably freak out at the size of the sachet, but they are yummy and do the trick)... if you get hungry mid morning you can have some fruit. The lunches are filling, and then in the afternoon you can have more fruit and your afternoon snack... then dinner is a good size.

So - it's do able for sure! LL obviously puts you into ketosis which takes away physical hunger... this doesn't - but it isn't bad... just like normal hunger. My problems is avoiding sweet stuff... didn't bother me on LL, but I'm like a blood thirsty vampire for sweet stuff at the moment!!!

You'll be fine - just keep telling yourself, as I did, if I could abstain for six months and lose all this weight - then a couple more where I can eat proper meals is NOTHING!
