Quick question if anyone's online

Hi,

mum's made some fried chicken today (i'm having induction friendly salmon:D)

The chicken is coated in egg and flour. If I remove the coating and eat just the chicken is that ok, or is it best to steer clear during induction?

yeh i'd also remove the coating and munch the lot lol
