Thanks Kayla, I am doing red and green says so that means I can have milk for tea/coffee and then some cheese too. I am joining my class on Wednesday so still really new to this so thanks for that. I'm just planning my menus for the week. I'm keeping a food diary to keep me on track. How about you?
I have to keep a food diary or else i lose track and mess up, i write my food diary on here which helps me alot because i think to myself that people will see it so better be good hehe, also people comment aswell which is nice. hope all goes well with the weightloss
