quick question please

Hi there. Só far today Ive had

Porridge and honey (hea heb and 1 syn)
Turkey stir fry and a biscuit (5)
Greek yog with grape strawberry melon pineapple and honey (1)
I feel hungry should i Eat the leftover stir fry?
Its just Ive been on hols this week and have about 2-3 gain and i want to lose for next weeks wi. What should i do?
 
If you're hungry of course you should. Even if it's not free, it looks like you've only had 7 syns today. What about anything superfree - fruit, veg or a mugshot etc? It also appears that you wouldn't have used your whole HEa milk in your porridge so what about some scrambled egg.
 
Definitely eat. That sounds like a small amount of food. Alot of people find that by restricting their eating that they do more harm than good. I am definitely one of them, if I dont eat enough I find I stay the same on wi!
