Quick Question...what would popcorn do to keytosis?

Any ideas if popcorn would put you out of keytosis? Going to cinema and would a small popcorn but won't if it is going to ruin things.

dont eat it! bloody hell do we have to spell it out 3 LT meals a day and at least 2 lts of water a day,black tea and black coffee

ive been to the pics several times whilst doing LT and didnt have any popcorn,dont bother with it hun you will feel better afterwards,oh and enjoy the film xx
