i am planning on starting diet on friday i have been told i have to have fat free yoghurt with no fruit, but you all seem to be eating fruit muller and shape yoghurts.
 
i'm not sure where you've read that, but fruit yogurts are not on our menus, at least they shouldn't be. vanilla and toffee mullers, and fat free natural or greek yogurts are ok.
 
And watch out for the hidden sugar in vanilla yogurt.
 
I think the confusion is between "fruit flavoured" (ie smooth) yoghurts and the yoghurts with fruit PIECES in...

As fruit isn't allowed on this diet, the fat free yoghurts with pieces of fruit aren't ok on attack and to be used sparingly in Cruise (or avoid altogether as most of us do).
 
Excellent! Perhaps you could revisit your User CP... you're rather tall... and join in anywhere and everywhere around the site. Post menus if you'd like us to check them out. How many days' attack are you aiming for?
