Quick question :)

Hello, just wondering if some of you can answer me a quick question.

Im about to order a months supply as it's so much cheaper than cambridge. Thing is I hate shakes and notice you can buy just soups & bars. But does exante work in the same way as CD in that the bars slow down weight loss?

You have only one bar a day and two shakes.

I eat 1 bar every day and it hasn't slowed my weightloss down.
