quick question

Hey ladies (and gents) just a quick question, I saw somewhere here you can have bacon if the fat is trimmed off. Just wondered why you could have that and not pork? May just be me being thick.
I'm on my second attempt at this vlcd lark and last time I only lasted 3 days due to a crazy dizzy spell and no willpower. Day 3 for me now and am finding it so much easier this time, maybe my head is finally in the right place. I've got a lot of weight to lose so will be at it a while but I'm determined this time
