Quick red day meals

    So I have changed over to red but I am on 12 hour shifts I would just mug shots but they are high on red days are there alternatives?

    I can take a sandwich but they don't have microwaves at work so need ideas :(

    sw quiche/red day frittata/tin mackerel in spring water and salad/cottage cheese with ham rolled round it/eggs wrapped in bacon-can add syn free sausage meat if have it and wrap bacon round it/chicken wrapped in ham or bacon with salad/quorn sauages

    To save myself from crisps to accompany a glass of wine earlier, I chopped up a packet of really lean ham, added loads of silverskin pickles, beetroot, and some pickled cabbage and voila, a free red meal, snack, whatever, could even add an HEXa of cheese for good measure!

    Thanks guys ended up binging on second shift so upset :(

    maybe you needed to get it out of your system.Start again and think of it as flexible syns.Hope you feel better now-sorry I missed the post last night.
