Quick SW Friendly Microwave Recipes

Hi Guys,

I am a recent convert to SW. So far I like the concept - I'm just struggling with ideas on what to eat when I come home from work late and starving.

Anyone have any good recipes for microwaving salmon, other fish etc in a SW friendly way?

Thanks a mill in advance,

I just tried the m/wave bags to steam my fresh asparagus last night - worked fab!

I would suggest cooking things like chilli, pasta sauces, casseroles when you have time then freeze in portion sizes. Also the bags of frozen steam fresh veg are great to have in

I batch cook stuff at the weekends, chilli and rice, spaghetti Bolognese, stews and casseroles etc, and then put them in the freezer so I have my own ready meals for the days I'm too tired to cook. Last weekend I did a beef and onion stew and a chicken, mushroom and tarragon casserole and froze it in portions with potato and swede mash :)
