Hi there

I am moving over from Dukan as I find it too restrictive. I was getting hungry as I couldn't force myself to eat anymore meat than I was.

I have just had my first Atkins lunch of 2 egg omelette, with 70g tuna and 40g cheese. Does this sound ok? I hope so as it was really nice!

I wondered if we can have yoghurt on induction? I don't like cream and was going to use it instead in sauces etc.

If anyone could tell me that would be great, thanks :)

It's nice, and I've grown to quite like it...I have it with cinnamon and some sweetener.
